USA TODAY-branded FAST Channels Land On Local Now

LOS ANGELES — Allen Media Group‘s digital platform has struck a deal with former broadcast media property owner Gannett Co. that places two USA TODAY-branded free ad-supported television (FAST) offerings on AMG’s Local Now platform.

Local Now viewers can now stream the USA TODAY and USA TODAY Sports channels.

The two channels include editorial documentaries and news from journalists at USA TODAY and from Gannett’s local publications. There are also franchise series produced by USA TODAY Studios, Gannett’s video production and development group.

Specifically, the USA TODAY channel offers series such as PROBLEM SOLVED, HUMANKIND, and ENTERTAIN THIS!

The USA TODAY Sports channel offers premium sports and news content including SPORTS SERIOUSLY —  a weekly series that brings together reporting and insight from USA TODAY Sports and USA TODAY Sports Media Group.
