Red Dead Redemption PS4 Port Shoots to Top of PSN Chart

Earlier rumors suggested that Rockstar Games will launch a possible remaster or remake of Red Dead Redemption, and it seemed like there was a ton of hype for this potential re-release of the game.
A remaster or remake would have likely meant that fans would be able to play Red Dead Redemption at a higher frame rate, in addition to a number of graphical upgrades. However, Rockstar Games revealed that Red Dead Redemption will simply get ported to PS4 and Switch, leaving many players disappointed. The initial announcement received a ton of backlash, as fans flooded its reveal trailer with dislikes. Some players were also hoping for a native PS5 release, which would allow it to take full advantage of the console’s hardware. Despite the negative reception, it looks like many users are still excited about this re-release of the game.
