Knox County mayor, sheriff to make joint announcement

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs and Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler are expected to make a joint announcement Friday morning at the City County Building.
Jacobs’ office did not provide further details about the announcement, which is happening at 9:45 a.m.
